NOTICE is hereby given that the Council is seeking to revoke the community land classification of the land & building owned by Council known as the “Auburn Library”, 5 -7 St Vincent Street, Auburn Lot 203 of DP64235, HD Upper Wakefield, Auburn.

The land is contained within Certificate of Title Volume 5929 Folio 675

Council has identified that the land and building as being surplus to Council requirements and that the potential gifting to the Auburn Community Development Committee of the land and building will enhance the township of Auburn.

Pursuant to Section 194 of the Local Government Act 1999 and Council's Public Consultation Policy, written submissions are invited on this matter.
